I had a lovely stay at this hotel, right in the heart of Kežmarok. The location is fantastic, especially being near the castle and local shops. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. However, I did encounter a few minor issues with the room setup and service not being fully attentive. Overall, it offers great value for money, especially with the affordable dining options.
